The machine tool has a T-shaped layout as a whole. The lateral moving table and the column are respectively fixed on the base of the integral casting. The column, beam, drill pipe box, etc. are all HT300 precision casting, and the rigidity and precision of the machine tool are excellent. The moving axis of the machine tool includes the horizontal movement of the table, the vertical movement of the beam up and down, and the longitudinal movement of the drill pipe on the beam. The movements in the three directions are controlled by numerical control. The drill pipe motor adopts a spindle motor and a spindle drive system. Mainly used for deep holes of various specifications in large and medium-sized molds in the mold industry; unit outer cylinders and condenser tube sheets in electric power and steam turbine industries; cylinder heads and cylinder heads in automobile manufacturing; valve bodies, distributor pump bodies and other parts in hydraulic machinery deep hole machining. The overall structure is compact and easy to operate. Equipped with automatic chip removal, filter device (magnetic, paper belt, mesh, magnetic rod filter) and oil temperature cooler, the filter accuracy can reach 20um.
