Double-lip drill
The double-edged gun drill is a type of deep hole drill with a diameter range of 4-25 mm and an aspect ratio of up to 30-40. This knife has two symmetrical cutting edges. The double edge can be of solid carbide type or welded type. The double-edged drill has the same cutting fluid circulation system as the single-edged drill: the cutting fluid is supplied to the cutting edge through two oil inlet holes, and the cutting fluid and chips and mixtures are discharged from the chip flutes outside the tool holder. Due to the limited chip space of the double-edged drill, it is more suitable for machining fragile and chip-prone materials.
Counterbore tool
A reaming drill is a special tool used to ream an already machined through hole. During machining, chips are discharged along the feed direction.
single-lip step drill
The step drill can process several different apertures in one processing, which can meet the coaxial and concentricity requirements of the step hole processing.
